We're so confident in our service capabilities that we offer these two unique industry Service Level Agreements (SLA):

  1. Training and voice programming changes are free for 90 days after installation.

    We want to insure that the service is working properly and meets your needs, and that all employees are trained to take full advantage of the powerful productivity tools available to help your business grow. During these first, critical 90 days, Vantage and your Cisco Partner will work closely with you to design your disaster recovery, mobility and telecommuting plans, and to engage your customers and suppliers for better customer service and increased sales. We encourage continuous customer feedback both during this process and afterwards, as our customers are our source of innovation.

    Vantage also offers a full complement of productivity tools that can help make sense of your data and assist you in creating new applications rather than simply linking new technologies to existing applications. Vantage implementations include end-to-end project management and training. The services we deploy in conjunction with our Cisco Partners are designed with the most stringent "quality of service" requirements to insure the best in voice and data experience.

  2. The only proactive SLA in the IP Telephony industry.

    In the rare event an unscheduled network outage occurs, Vantage will notify our affected customer within 24 hours of the problem. The resolution results, the downtime, and the amount of credit that will appear on your next monthly bill will be included in the initial contact notification - there's no need for trouble tickets or record keeping, as Vantage will do the work for you.

    Reliability is the cornerstone of a sound communications platform, and Cisco Systems products are the foundation of the Vantage VIP Service. Vantage offers the best SLA in the industry because of the hardened network design, the caliber of Vantage staff and our Cisco Partners. By maintaining Cisco standards of network quality and meeting Cisco standards of service and technical support, Vantage has earned the prestigious status of a "Cisco Powered" Service Provider. Vantage bases its services end-to-end on Cisco networking equipment.


Premise Installation

Successful implementation is critical to the assurance of unsurpassed service. To help ensure success, a Vantage project manager is assigned to our customer account team. The project manager is accountable for all order and project management activities for your account, directing all implementation activities such as coordinating Vantage internal resources and external vendors and providing ongoing order status. Premise implementations are performed only by authorized Cisco Channel Partners, backed by a unique blend of Cisco SmartNet maintenance, Vantage support teams and the Cisco Partner's localized technical team.
